Minneapolis Mayor Proclaims Wed. 1/13 Sesame Street Live Day

In honor of VEE Corporation's 30th Anniversary, Mayor R. T. Rybak proclaims Wednesday, January 13, 2010 as Sesame Street LIve Day in the City of Minneapolis.
 
Founded by Vincent E. Egan in 1980, VEE Corporation is known world-wide for its Sesame Street Live stage productions. Since its inaugural season, VEE Corporation has toured to more than 30 countries around the globe and entertained millions of children and families.
 
"1-2-3 Imagine! with Elmo & Friends," the newest Sesame Street Live touring production, opens at the Target Center in Minneapolis Wednesday, January 13-Sunday, January 17 for 10 performances.
 
Headquartered in Minneapolis, VEE has two other Sesame Street Live shows on the road, as well as the world premiere of Curious George Live!, a Broadway-style musical. The company is also known for its Production Services and Costumes & Creatures divisions, which design and build custom props, exhibits, displays, interactive kiosks and much more for museums, sports clientele and businesses.
